First Visit
This was way more than a trip to the Orthodontist. My daughter was so excited when we left and she can't wait to go back. I hope once she actually starts treatment she'll feel the same way. But, I am confident she will after the wonderful experience we had on our first visit.

Creative Scheduling
Dr. Ruff and his staff have gone above and beyond in working with my teenage children who attend a boarding school in northern Maine. With limited time at home in which to schedule, Dr. Ruff took personal time prior to his vacation to see my son. Dr. Ruff provides not only professional service and results but is willing to meet the individual needs of his patients.

The Best!
Dr. Ruff's is the most welcoming, inviting, and top of the line orthodontist office. It was a very positive experience! I highly recommend this office for adults or children. The staff is phenomenal with both!

Very Nice Experience
My daughter went to your office for the first time last week. She was so excited after we got there and was very comfortable with the staff. I was impressed to see how the staff took the time to talk with her about her favorite toys and got to know her before starting. Nothing was rushed and it was a wonderful experience. Also everything was about her and explained so she was well aware of everything that went on. Thank you!

Outstanding Office!
Our 8 year old had an appointment for just an evaluation, and from the moment we walked into the lobby and seeing his name on the wall welcoming him as a new patient, to meeting with Dr. Ruff, I would have to say this was the nicest office I had ever been to! The staff was so very helpful and concerned about our son's treament that my husband and I left wishing that WE were patients!! Truly exceptional service!!!

Dr. Ruff and his staff put my tentative and nervous daughter at ease!!
My daughter is terrified of going to the dentist. She will cry and try her darndest to avoid it at all costs. So of course, she was just as nervous to see the orthodontist. Everyone was so friendly when we arrived, especially Sarah, who put Abby right at ease with her pleasant demeanor. Abby doesn't need braces right away, so she joined the Smiles4ME Kids Club. When her membership card arrived in the mail she was so excited she actually asked me when her next appointment was and was quite disappointed that she didn't need to be seen for a while!!!

Very Understanding
My son and daughter have both had orthodontic treatments with Dr. Ruff's office. Everyone has always been pleasant. We live an hour from Waterville, so the office has been very understanding with fuel prices rising by scheduling most appointments in their Skowhegan office. The staff is very patient and gentle (mostly considering the job)with my children. All my questions have been answered thoroughly. This is an expensive process and Dr. Ruff has worked out a payment plan so that we have been able to afford the treatment.

I think this was the best place I could of gone to get my braces! They are friendly and help you with whatever you need! I feel that they know what they are doing and love their jobs! They are the nicest people ever so I hope you take your kids there

Childrens first consultation
My son recently had his first consultation at your office and he honestly hasn't stopped talking about it. He was treated so well and he can't wait to go back. He came home after his first appointment with his folder and seriously told me everything that I had missed because his father took him. He was asking his sister who currently also goes to your office for her Ruff bucks and collected any he could find. I laughed and told him that he's only been to 1 appointment I think they would wonder how you already have enough for a prize. He just got his kids member packet in the mail yesterday and he called me right up at work to tell me. He couldn't wait for me to come how so he could show me. And the Ruff bucks has definitely got him excited. He wears his shirt proud and someone was nice enough to think of his little brother who was with him at the appointment and also gave him one. Thank you so much! I definitely would recommend your office!

Wonderful service
From the first day that we entered Dr. Ruff's office, the staff members handled me with care. They were wonderful in explaining anything that had to be done or that they were doing. Everyone always tried to make me feel comfortable when I was there.

Dr. Ruff ROCKS
We love Dr. Ruff and his staff. They are always pleasant and willing to work with you. They take time to answer questions and really seem to care. I, as a parent, can say my kids teeth are beautiful. Dr. Ruff saved my child from debilitating migraines, other doctors wanted to put him on powerful meds. Dr. Ruff said give him 6 months and he would get my son's headaches under control. He did it! My son is now 23 and headache free and has beautiful teeth as well......Dr. Ruff is up on the latest information. My kids all really liked him and loved all the fun contests and prizes too. You Rock Dr. Ruff!!

Happy Mom!
Everyone at the office is friendly and helpful. We received great information and everything was explained so well that even my 8-year-old clearly understood what was going to happen. He was completely put at ease about everything and loves coming in to see everyone (and earning his Ruff bucks!). The incentives you have for the kids are great too! You have turned a sometimes not so great thing into something that can be a more fun experience. Thanks!

Getting Braces on
Dr. Ruffs Office is a great place. Jordan had a great experience. She was nervous before getting her braces on but everybody put her at ease. I was surprised how quickly they were put on. I very pleased with the staff.

New Braces
Emily got her braces on Thursday, June 2nd. The entire process went very smoothly. Instructions were very well explained by Kim - she gets a gold star!
